How Insights Works
Insights is available under the Insights tab within Analytics and continuously monitors key marketplace metrics, including ROAS, revenue, CTR, and other performance indicators.
Instead of manually searching for trends, users receive AI-generated insights highlighting unusual changes across their marketplace. The system surfaces the most important findings and organizes them in a way that makes prioritization easy.
Each insight is assigned a severity level:
- Info – Trends worth monitoring
- Med – Performance changes that may require investigation
- High – Significant shifts that deserve immediate attention
Insights are categorized into four key marketplace areas: Monetization, Engagement, Conversion, and Demand.
This structure helps teams quickly identify where issues are occurring and determine which changes have the greatest business impact.
